1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Just AI It website located at just-ai.it ("Site") and the AI diagnostic applications linked from it ("Apps"), operated by David Tsur ("Just AI It", "we", "us", or "our"), a sole proprietor based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

By accessing or using the Site or Apps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site immediately.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and Apps. By using them, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Definitions

• Site — the just-ai.it marketing website.
• Apps — the AI-powered diagnostic tools linked from the Site (Business Chemistry, MotivationOS, Workplace Love Language, FounderFit).
• User — any person who accesses or uses the Site or Apps.
• Content — all text, results, insights, coaching cards, and reports generated by the Apps.

3. Nature of the Apps — Important Disclaimer

The Apps are AI-assisted tools that surface patterns and insights based on self-reported questionnaire responses. They are not:

• Professional psychological assessments or clinical diagnoses
• Medical or mental health advice
• Legal, financial, or career counseling
• A substitute for qualified professional advice in any domain

Results are informational and illustrative only. They reflect patterns in self-reported data and are intended to facilitate conversation and self-reflection — not to define, label, or categorize you or your colleagues. We make no warranty that any output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Past patterns described in App outputs are not predictive of future behavior, performance, or outcomes.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Site and Apps for personal, internal team, or organizational self-reflection purposes. Specifically, you may:

• Complete questionnaires and review your own results
• Share your results with colleagues, managers, or coaches for professional development purposes
• Use insights as a conversation starter in team settings

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use App outputs to make binding employment, hiring, promotion, or termination decisions
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Apps or their outputs commercially without prior written consent
• Scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Site or Apps
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, database, or account
• Use the Site or Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Just AI It. The AI-generated outputs produced by the Apps in response to your inputs are provided to you for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Site or App content without prior written permission.

The underlying scientific frameworks referenced in the Apps (e.g., Deloitte Business Chemistry, Self-Determination Theory, the Five Love Languages) are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive and educational purposes.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party applications and websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party service. Accessing those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Just AI It provides the Site and Apps on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site or Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Just AI It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Apps — including decisions made on the basis of App outputs. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

10. Modifications to the Site and Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Site or Apps at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
