Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Just AI It ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by David Tsur, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit just-ai.it ("Site") and use our linked AI diagnostic applications ("Apps"), how we use it, and your rights under Israeli law.
This policy is written in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981 and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security) 5777-2017.
2. Information We Collect
On the marketing website (just-ai.it): We do not collect personal data through the Site itself. There is no registration, login, or contact form. If you click the email link to contact us, your email client sends an email directly — we receive your email address and message content through normal email.
Within the Apps (linked tools): Each App may collect questionnaire responses and usage data necessary to generate your results. Please refer to the individual App's privacy policy where applicable. The Apps are separate services and may have their own data practices.
Technical data: Our hosting provider (Google Firebase) automatically collects standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages accessed. This data is used for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. We do not use this data to identify individual users.
3. Cookies & Tracking
The just-ai.it website uses Google Analytics 4 (via Google Firebase Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Site. It collects pseudonymous usage data — pages viewed, approximate region (derived from your IP address, not your precise location), device and browser type, and the referring source — and reports it in aggregate. We use this only to see which content is useful and to improve the Site.
For this, Google Analytics sets first-party analytics cookies (such as “_ga” and “_ga_HWTRHGY0TS”) and transfers data to Google in the United States (see Section 5). We do not use it for advertising, ad personalization, or cross-site tracking, and we do not use Meta Pixel or similar services.
Google Firebase (our hosting infrastructure) may also set strictly functional cookies necessary for CDN caching and security (e.g. DDoS protection). These do not track you across sites.
Your choice: analytics is on by default, but you can turn it off for this browser at any time using the control below. Your preference is stored locally in your browser; turning analytics off stops Google Analytics from loading and clears its cookies.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above solely to:
- Deliver and maintain the Site
- Respond to emails you send us
- Ensure the security and availability of the Site (via Firebase infrastructure logs)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
The Site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting (Google LLC, USA). Firebase processes server requests and stores static files on our behalf. This involves transferring server logs (IP addresses, browser information) to Google's servers in the United States. This transfer is lawful under Google's standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and Google's Data Processing Terms. Firebase's privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
The Site also uses Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) for the pseudonymous usage measurement described in Section 3. This transfers analytics data to Google's servers in the United States under Google's standard contractual clauses; Google's handling of the data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can disable Google Analytics at any time using the control in Section 3.
No other third-party services are integrated into the just-ai.it marketing website. The linked Apps may use additional third-party services; please review each App's own privacy policy for full details.
6. Data Security
The Site is served entirely over HTTPS (TLS encryption in transit). We do not store sensitive personal data on our own servers — the Site is a static website with no database. Firebase infrastructure implements industry-standard security measures including DDoS protection and access controls.
No transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.
7. Data Retention
Emails you send to us are retained in our email account for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for legitimate business record-keeping. Server logs maintained by Firebase are subject to Firebase's own retention policies.
8. Your Rights (Israeli Privacy Protection Law)
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981, you have the right to:
- Access — request information about data we hold about you
- Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Delete — request deletion of personal data we hold about you

9. Minors
The Site and Apps are intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will update this page. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
